If you're looking for alternatives, give Rustdesk a shot. It's gaining popularity and pretty lightweight compared to others.
I'd recommend checking out Screenconnect. It's pretty solid overall, but some people have mixed feelings about it. Just be aware that there might be some connectivity issues that could pop up, depending on how you use it.
After trying a few options, we switched to NinjaOne Remote. It's been working well for unattended access and doesn’t interfere with user sessions, which is a huge plus!
I've been using PDQ Connect, and I really like it. It has remote access and makes software installation a breeze.
Currently, I'm a fan of Connectwise. It offers good unattended access features along with some other helpful tools.
