Hey everyone! I just set up Debian with KDE Plasma on my primary development machine, mainly for networking and software-defined networking (SDN) tasks. I'm looking for suggestions on tools, configurations, or any tweaks you might recommend to make it run smoother for coding and debugging network-related issues. Also, if you have any tips for extending battery life or trimming down KDE's resources, that'd be a bonus! Thanks in advance!

A good approach is to only install the tools you really need, and consider removing any KDE applications that you don’t find useful. This can help declutter and improve performance.
I've done that, but since I deal with lots of containers and clusters, my system tends to crash regularly.
