Hey everyone! I've got this computer that's been pieced together over the years to handle various tasks like machine learning jobs, quantum chemistry, 3D art, and even some gaming. I'm aiming to upgrade it so that it runs Windows 11 efficiently and minimizes GPU bottlenecks during gaming. Reliability is a key concern for me, and I could use more cores for my programming work. By the way, I don't anticipate needing the 64GB of RAM I currently have for future projects.
I'm considering a full build upgrade, and I've put together a list of parts that I'd like to keep under $500. You can check it out here: [full build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NXDHt3) and [changed parts](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sfNgb2). Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if there's a Micro Center near you? They often have great CPU bundle deals. Also, Newegg has a combo builder on their site that can help you score some good discounts during their tech days. Amazon Prime days are also around the corner, which could be an opportunity for savings!
Unfortunately, I don’t have a Micro Center close by, but I’ll look into some similar stores! I appreciate the heads-up on those sales!
