Looking to Buy My First Gaming PC – Where Do I Start?

Hey everyone! I'm a passionate gamer, mainly on Xbox, and I also have a PS4 for exclusive games. Lately, I've been spotting a ton of amazing games available only on Steam, which has gotten me interested in getting a gaming PC. However, I was shocked to see some options on Amazon ranging from $200 to $500. I don't need anything too high-end, but I'm really lost on what to look for. It's been ages since I gamed on PC, back in '95 with Wolfenstein! I'd really appreciate any advice on what to consider or recommendations for a good gaming PC. Thanks a ton!

Just a heads up, those $200-$500 PCs on Amazon are likely mini PCs with very limited gaming power. A decent graphics card alone can cost around $600-$800, and a reliable full build might set you back $1500-$2000. If you’re on a budget, checking out used parts or an older rig might be a better option, just be sure you know what you’re getting to avoid buying something unusable.

Thanks for the warning! I figured there had to be a catch with those low prices.
