Hey everyone! I've got a 12th gen Intel Core i7-12700KF CPU and I'm currently using a GTX 1060 GPU. It's definitely time for an upgrade! I was initially eyeing the 5060, but at $300, it feels a bit pricey for what I'm getting. I might be able to scrape together an extra $10, but I'm not sure that's enough. I've heard mixed reviews about whether the 5060 is worth it. I'm also considering the 3060 since it still seems pretty decent. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I totally agree! If you can stretch your budget a little more, the RX 9060 XT 16GB is a fantastic choice for its price. You'll really notice the performance boost!
The 3060 is a bit old now, but it's still a solid option. Just avoid the 5060 if you can—some are calling it e-waste! The 9060 XT is great, but it might be pushing your budget too much.
Honestly, the 5060 isn't really worth the money. If you can, save up an extra $50 to get the RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM—it's a much better deal!
Keep in mind your budget constraints. Just be realistic about what you can expect from the card you choose. A 5060 might not offer the bang for your buck, and alternatives like the B580 aren't much better.

Thanks for the tip! I've never tried Ryzen before, so I'm a bit worried about it being complicated. Is it really different from Intel?
