I'm considering upgrading my PC, which I built in 2018 on a budget. Here's what I'm working with:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Processor
- **GPU**: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB
- **RAM**: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz
- **Storage**: 1TB Samsung 860 EVO M.2
- **Motherboard**: BIOSTAR Group X370GT5 (AM4)
- **PSU**: Seasonic G Series 650W 80+ Gold
- **OS**: Windows 10
The only upgrade I've done was the GPU back in 2020, and I've lost track of tech advancements since then. I'm not sure if I should just go for a pre-built system or if it's worth upgrading my current setup. Where should I start? Are there any limitations with current components? Should I try using a PC builder tool? I'm open to any suggestions or advice! Thank you!

Your PC is definitely upgradeable! Start by checking if your CPU or GPU is hitting their limits while you game or work. If they are, that's where you should focus your upgrades. You could upgrade to a Ryzen 5000 series CPU with a BIOS update, and for GPUs, the 9060 XT with 16GB is a solid option—it's around $400. The RX 580 is also a great value at about $250. If you're mostly gaming or doing resource-heavy tasks, upgrading the GPU might give you the biggest boost!

They’re maxed out pretty often, running 95%-99% capacity. I'm planning to relearn how to update the BIOS and am interested in the Ryzen 7. I’ll also check out the 9060XT! Should I stick with a certain brand for that GPU?
