Monitor Loses Signal During Boot—Need Help!

I've been using my computer for about ten years, and it's become a mix-and-match of various parts over the years. Currently, it has a Ryzen 5900x CPU and a TUF Gaming 4090 GPU, running on Windows 11. Recently, I was prompted to restart my computer while using Steam. After I did, the boot screen froze, and my monitor displayed a 'lost signal' message. This issue occurs every time I boot up, and it consistently freezes on the same frame during the boot loading screen. I can access the BIOS and the Windows recovery tool without any signal issues, but I'm unsure how to proceed from there. So far, I've tried power cycling and unplugging the computer for a while, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to try resetting the CMOS. That can sometimes help with boot issues. Just be cautious—it can affect your BIOS settings, so make sure your data is backed up before you do it.

After reset, did you get any errors? I know a common one is 'VGA card not supported by UEFI driver.' If that comes up, it could point to driver issues. You might need to update or reinstall your GPU drivers.
