My ASUS ZenBook UX534 Touchpad Stopped Working, Any Fixes?

I have an ASUS ZenBook UX534 running Windows 11 and encountered a problem today. After using my laptop for a bit, I closed the lid and when I opened it again, the touchpad had stopped responding. I tried using the F6 key to unlock the touchpad, but it just says "Touchpad Locked" and doesn't change. I've looked for drivers but can't find any. Here's what I've attempted so far: restarting the laptop, checking for drivers in the Settings and myASUS apps (didn't find any touchpad drivers), searching in Device Manager (I found HID-compliant touchpad, but it didn't help), reinstalling the driver, uninstalling it and restarting, updating Windows, and installing the ASUS Precision Touchpad. I'm not sure how to tell if it's working. I haven't tried restoring the BIOS yet because I'm worried I might mess something up. Any advice on how to fix this issue and what might have caused it would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you’re looking at the official ASUS website for the latest drivers for your model. There should be a Precision Touchpad driver listed; if you already downloaded it and didn't see any changes, double-check the installation process. Sometimes a restart is required or there may be additional steps you missed!

I ran the Precision Touchpad driver and nothing seemed to change. I think I might not be doing something right, or there’s still something else wrong.
