I've got an ibuypower PC that I bought around five years ago. While it's been decent, I'm running into some major issues lately because my C drive is really small. Just two days ago, I noticed that I only had about 4 gigs left, and now most of my apps won't even open. Steam and Opera are still working, but most of my games refuse to launch.
I've tried using the Microsoft disk cleanup tool, and I downloaded this app called TreeSize that people recommended. I've also manually checked for big files and deleted some apps using the storage tool, but for some reason, I've only freed up about 9 gigs out of 111 gigs total.
I finally decided to reset my PC to start fresh, but I hit a wall – the reset process says I need 16 more gigs to do it! I can't figure out why that's happening, and I'm at a loss on what to do next. Is there any way to get around this, or is my PC toast?

It sounds like you're in a tough spot! If you can't reset through the normal method, consider doing a clean install of Windows instead. The built-in factory reset can be a bit finicky and can cause more issues than it solves. You don't need a disk or a code; you can download the Windows Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website onto a USB stick and use that to install Windows fresh. Make sure to back up anything important before you wipe your drive!
Try this! Open an explorer window and type in %appdata% to check for temp files. Clean those out. Also, consider transferring larger files like downloads and documents to a USB stick to free up space. Since you're planning to wipe your C drive, you can delete a lot of what’s taking up space on there.
