I recently upgraded my PC, but now neither my Ethernet connection nor Wi-Fi is working. I've tried unplugging the Ethernet cord and plugging it back in, and I also restarted my modem, but I'm still having no luck getting online. What should I do?

Yeah, if both Ethernet and Wi-Fi aren’t working, it’s likely a driver issue. Try reinstalling the network driver. Just curious, was your upgrade to hardware or software? Usually, neither should cause this kind of problem if done right. Having the installer for your Ethernet or network device could really help fix things.

It sounds like your computer might be missing some drivers. Check the manufacturer's website for your PC or motherboard and download the necessary drivers onto a USB stick, then transfer them to your computer to install. That should help get your network working again!

Before diving into drivers, can you confirm whether you reinstalled Windows during the upgrade? If not, chances are your previous settings might still be affecting the network detection. Just a thought!
