Hey everyone, I turned on my computer today to install an update, but it got stuck at 100% and the loading wheel keeps spinning. I've tried restarting it multiple times, and even left it alone for about 14 hours before giving up and rebooting. I attempted to access Windows Recovery, but it just keeps spinning there too. I'm really in a bind and could use some help!

First thing you should try is unplugging any devices connected to your computer, except for the keyboard and mouse. Sometimes peripherals can cause boot issues. Give that a shot and see if it makes a difference!
Another option is to try booting from a USB drive. If it works, you can run some repair commands like chkdsk or sfc. If you can't boot from USB, you might have a bigger issue on your hands. Also, consider reseating your RAM and testing with one stick at a time.
I can attempt the RAM reseat. I don't have a USB with Windows on it though, or I'm not sure how that works.
I'll give that a try! Unfortunately, it still led to the same spinning wheel.
