Last night while playing a game, my computer crashed and shut down unexpectedly. Now, when I try to turn it back on, the RGB lights illuminate, but it seems like nothing else is working. I can't get a display to show up on my monitor. Can anyone help?

Just to update everyone—after trying a hard reset by unplugging my computer and holding the power button for 30 seconds, it worked! The fans and lights came on perfectly, but my monitor still isn’t recognizing the connection. I double-checked with a different monitor, and the issue persists. By the way, I was playing a non-graphics-intensive game when it crashed, and I don't currently have a GPU installed.

What kind of setup do you have? It sounds like your RGB lights are functioning, which is a good sign, but can you hear the fans spinning? That might help narrow down the issue.
