I'm experiencing an issue with my phone where it keeps displaying a white screen. This has happened more than 10 times, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It's a Poco X3 Pro.
I also noticed some little blue dots that run from the top to bottom on the screen.
