So, here's the deal: My girlfriend had a little too much fun on July 4th and accidentally dropped her iPhone in the pool. It really got messed up, and the repair shop said it's one of the worst cases they've ever seen. Now here's the kicker: all her important emails are only on that phone, so she's completely locked out of her school, work, and bank accounts. We reached out to Apple, but they said they'll send a password reset code to my phone, which will take 25 days! That's too long. She just got a new phone, but we have to send the broken one back, and it won't turn on. Is there anything we can do to get back into her accounts sooner? This situation is pretty rough, and while it's mostly her fault, we really need some solutions!

Unfortunately, without waiting for that 25-day account recovery, there’s not much you can do unless she has another Apple device that can help reset the password. If not, once the recovery is done, you can go to www.apple.com/recover to change the password. Just hang tight for now.
That’s rough! I was wondering, if you go to Verizon and switch her number to the new phone, do you think she'd be able to access some accounts?
