Hey everyone! My girlfriend's phone has completely died and won't turn on at all. We took it to Verizon to see if they could help recover her Apple ID through iCloud, but we don't have the password. Since the phone is non-functional, we're stuck. Every suggestion from Apple's website just tells us to check her iCloud email, but we can't get into that either. The Verizon staff mentioned we might need to travel all the way to Austin to recover her Apple account, which seems excessive. Is there another option we can consider?
