I'm having a problem with my GPU where I see horizontal lines about the width of my pinky across the top half of my screen. These lines are staggered and not all lined up, with a spectrum look and are only a pixel high. I've already tried reinstalling my Nvidia driver using DDU, but it doesn't seem to affect certain things like signing into Microsoft, which still works fine despite the glitch being present. I have a Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 Super, and I noticed a yellow warning triangle next to it in the device manager. I'm not sure what other info might help, so just let me know!

It sounds like your issue could stem from your monitor, the cable, or possibly the GPU itself. If your CPU has onboard graphics, try connecting your monitor to that. If the lines disappear, it’s likely your GPU. You should also test different ports on the GPU and swap cables—sometimes switching between HDMI and DisplayPort can do the trick. Additionally, you can boot from a Linux USB stick to see if it’s a Windows-related issue. If it works fine in Linux, a fresh Windows install might help. But, considering your GPU is about 6 years old, it might just be aging out. If someone knows how to solder, they might fix it, but honestly, with the card's low resale value, it might be time for an upgrade. If you have another GPU on hand, try swapping that in to see what happens!
I noticed that my monitor's logo doesn't glitch when it's booting up, and signing into Microsoft is also unaffected by the problem. How can I confirm the age of my GPU?
