I recently gave my GPU, a Radeon 5700XT, a deep clean. Now, it's not displaying on any of my three monitors, and the fans aren't spinning. It does heat up a bit after a few minutes, so it seems to be getting power. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like there might be a connection issue. Have you tried reseating the GPU? Sometimes the cables can get slightly dislodged during cleaning. It’s worth double-checking that everything is properly connected. I’ve had that happen before!
I reseated the GPU about four times, and I checked the main power cable for the fans a couple of times too. The PCIe cables have been replugged several times as well.
