I have a high-end PC that's about 2 years old, and it just shut off unexpectedly. Here are the specs:
- **Case**: Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO – Black
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D Processor
- **Motherboard**: ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI
- **GPU**: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 Windforce V2 24GB
- **RAM**: Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 5600 MHz 2x32GB
- **CPU Cooler**: SharkGaming Bloodfreezer 360 AIO Water Cooler + Pump Cap ARGB
- **Storage**: KINGSTON NV2 2000GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD
- **Power Supply**: MSI A1000G PCIe5 Gold
After it shut down, I haven't been able to boot it back up fully. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including:
- Disconnecting all peripherals besides the power cable.
- Removing the GPU and SSD.
- Using a different power cable and wall plug.
- Disconnecting everything except for the CPU, cooler, and one stick of RAM, and attempting to turn it on manually.
- Clearing the CMOS.
- Conducting a "paperclip test" with the power supply to see if the fan was spinning.
However, every time I attempt to power it on, the lights flicker, and it just doesn't boot, with the LED lights pulsing on and off. I'm not super tech-savvy and have used ChatGPT for some troubleshooting, so I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions on what to do next!

Check if your motherboard has a LED that can indicate errors. For Asus boards, if it flashes 4 times quickly, that's usually a memory issue. A slower flash might indicate a graphics card problem. If it’s just glowing yellow and then shuts off, keep an eye on those lights while you power it up. You might spot a pattern that could help diagnose the problem.

I don’t have an LED screen, but the motherboard LED glows yellow for a few seconds, then the system shuts down again. Sometimes it flashes white after a minute, which is odd.
