I'm having a serious issue with my iPad Pro 2021. It won't turn on at all, despite charging it. I can feel it charging around the edges, but the screen remains black. I know the battery can't be dead since it was fully charged just a day ago, and I haven't used it since then. This isn't the first time this has happened either—last week, the iPad suddenly turned back on without charging and showed about 50% battery. However, this time it seems completely unresponsive. I've already tried a force restart to no avail.

It might be a battery issue or something with the charging circuit. I’d recommend taking it to a repair shop. If they give you a vague response like "the board is fried," don’t hesitate to get a second opinion, as there are qualified technicians who can help you out.
Have you checked if you're running the iOS 26 beta? There are known issues with that build that might explain the problem. Just a thought!
No, I'm not on the beta.
Update: I took it to the Apple Store and they said it’s completely dead and something has gone wrong since it won't power on anymore.
