My ear speaker is crackling, the GPS is delayed and doesn't function properly when I'm driving over 10-15 mph, and now Apple Pay is completely nonfunctional. Have you tried checking the diagnostics mode? It can give you insights into any underlying problems that might not be obvious. If you're unable to check right now, it's worth looking into when you have access to Wi-Fi.
