Hey everyone! I need some help with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It's been a long day of trying to unlock it, and suddenly after 20 successful attempts, my password just isn't working anymore. I usually unlock my phone 30-50 times a day with this password. Apple forced me to change my password three times recently, and the last one was just a month ago. For the first time it didn't work, I thought I mistyped, but then I tried all my known passwords and double-checked my typing every time. I can't believe I'm in this situation, especially since I'm security-conscious and use long passwords. I don't rely on Face ID or fingerprints and don't use iCloud, which makes this even more frustrating. Oh, and I just set up a crypto wallet two days ago and didn't save the seed phrase—so now I'm panicking! Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Honestly, it sounds like a hassle! If you're dealing with an Exchange account or if your phone is managed by MDM, the admin might be enforcing those password changes. That could explain why you keep needing new ones. But really, double-check if Apple actually asked you to change your password, as that seems odd. You might have been phished!
You mentioned you’re security-conscious, but long passwords can often lead to user errors. Maybe consider using a password manager? And honestly, it’s wild that Apple would force you to change your password. Have you checked if there's any possibility you might have been phished?
I’d suggest doing a hard restart of your phone. It’s one of those things that might sound silly, but it could just clear up whatever glitch is preventing you from entering your password!
Have you tried erasing your phone and recovering from a backup? It might help if the software is acting up. Just make sure you can recover everything you need before doing that!
Yeah, it's definitely worth checking that out! If that's the case, they could have compromised your info without you realizing.
