Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my laptop lately. It connects to my WiFi network but then tells me there's "No internet" available. I've tried rebooting my laptop and router multiple times, dealing with the drivers, and even connecting manually, but nothing seems to work. I even took it to a tech support service, and it connected just fine to their WiFi. The only change I made recently was switching from a lesser-known ATT service to Xfinity. My laptop is an ASUS ROG Zephyrus. I'm really stumped on how to fix this, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you thought about rebooting your modem as well, especially if it's separate from your router? Also, check if there are any firmware updates for your router and make sure it's compatible with Xfinity. Since your laptop is the only device having issues, a modem reboot might help. Plus, you could use the network troubleshooter and try reinstalling the WiFi driver through the device manager.
Have you tried telling your laptop to "forget" your WiFi network and then reconnecting? Sometimes resetting the connection can fix things like this.
I tried that, but it still didn't work.
When you said you manually entered the IP and other settings, what exactly did you set those to? Also, when it auto-configures, what's the IP, subnet, and gateway that it assigns? Since you changed your internet provider, it might be that the gateway for your new router is different. Your laptop might be having trouble pulling the new settings automatically.
I tried entering the IP and subnet manually. Automatically, it shows IPv4 as 10.0.0.65 and Gateway as 10.0.0.1, while DNS is 75.4x.

I mentioned earlier that I got the router from Xfinity, and it's just my laptop that's having this issue.
