My Laptop Keeps Crashing When I Start Games – Help!

I've been having a frustrating issue with my laptop crashing while trying to start resource-heavy programs like SolidWorks and games such as Deadlock. It often shows a BSOD, specifically with the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error, and sometimes just shuts down randomly. I've already cleaned out any dust and updated all my drivers, plus checked the event viewer, but I'm stumped on how to find the root of the problem. Everything looks fine in task manager with no excessive resource usage, and my laptop isn't running too hot either. If anyone can help pinpoint the issue or recommend what to do next, I would really appreciate it!

To get a better understanding of the BSOD issues, it's crucial to look for dump files, which are basically crash logs. If your laptop boots up fine, you can check C:WindowsMinidump for any dump files. If you find any, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe. Having multiple dump files will help diagnose the issue better. Also, make sure to configure your Windows to create small memory dumps if you haven’t done that already; this helps ensure you get the right files.

It looks like you didn’t attach a dump file, just your event logs. You need to grab the actual crash dump file for better analysis. Make sure to upload that file so we can take a look at what's going wrong. Here’s a screenshot that shows where you can find it: [link to screenshot].
