I just started my Windows 11 laptop and noticed that even though it's connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a hotspot, I'm not able to access the internet at all. I've confirmed that my internet works perfectly on my Android device. Here are some troubleshooting steps I've already taken: confirmed internet on my phone, ran the troubleshooter (which says I'm connected), restarted my router, reset my network settings, forgot the network then reconnected, restarted my laptop, tried connecting through my Android hotspot (still no luck), and connected with an Ethernet cable directly to the router (same issue). I'm stuck—what else can I do?

Sometimes, a missing DNS server can be the issue. A quick fix that works for many is to forget the network in your Wi-Fi settings and then reconnect to it. You might also want to toggle your hotspot off and on again. It often clears things up!
Have you checked the make and model of your router? Sometimes, the router is connected to your laptop but not to your internet service provider (ISP). You can log into the router to see if it has an active connection to your ISP or you could give them a call to check on it.
Check your DNS settings. If there's a value present, you might want to delete it (which will revert it back to using your ISP’s DNS) or try setting it to Google's DNS at 8.8.8.8. This can sometimes resolve the 'no internet' issue.
