My Laptop Won’t Turn On After Playing a Game

Hey everyone! So, I've hit a bit of a snag with my laptop. I was playing Rocket League a couple of nights ago, and since it's a high-performance game, the fan was pretty loud. After I closed the game and all the tabs, I unplugged my laptop and turned it off. However, I noticed that the fan kept running. I assumed it would eventually turn off once it cooled down. The next day, I didn't use my laptop at all, but when I tried to turn it on later that night to game again, it wouldn't start up. I thought maybe I just forgot to turn it off completely, so I charged it until the light by the charging port changed from orange to white. Still nothing! I've also tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds, but that didn't work either. Could it be that the battery died before it had a chance to cool down and possibly damaged my laptop? I really want to get this sorted out if there's still hope. By the way, it's an Ideapad gaming laptop!

You could try disconnecting the battery while the laptop is plugged in, then try starting it again. That sometimes helps reset things! If you're unsure how to disconnect the battery, it might be a good idea to check the manual or look up a video for your specific model.

I removed all the screws from the bottom, but I couldn't get the piece off. Seems tricky!
