Hey everyone! I recently ran into a problem with my Lenovo Yoga laptop where the WiFi suddenly got disabled. The icon was grayed out, and I couldn't turn it back on. If anyone has any insights on what might be going on, I'd really appreciate it! Just a quick update: I managed to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the WiFi driver.

You might want to check Lenovo's official support page. Sometimes there are tricks with function keys, like F5 or F7, to toggle WiFi. Look for an airplane icon!

Thanks for the tip! I'll remember to check that next time I have issues.

If the issue comes back, try going to Device Manager, deleting your WiFi adapter, and then doing a "check for hardware changes." That sometimes resolves connectivity problems.

Have you checked if your laptop has a physical switch or button to enable or disable the WiFi? Sometimes those can get accidentally turned off!

I looked for that, but there aren't any wifi buttons on my model. Luckily, it's working fine now after the driver reinstall!

What model do you have? Most Lenovo laptops have a dedicated WiFi button on the keyboard which could have been accidentally pressed.

I have the Yoga Slim 7, and I double-checked the keyboard for any button like that right away.
