My monitor says ‘input not supported’ after changing the resolution – help needed!

I started having problems with my monitor after trying to adjust its resolution. It now shows a blue window that says 'input not supported.' I had a similar issue a few months ago, and I managed to fix it by using some specific key combination I found in a YouTube Short, but I can't remember what it was. Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this issue again?

This sounds frustrating! First off, can you provide a bit more info? What’s the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor? Are you plugging it into the GPU or directly into the motherboard? Knowing your graphics card model would help, too. Also, are you using just this monitor or do you have others connected? This info will make it easier for us to help you out!

My monitor resolution is 1366x768. I have no idea about the refresh rate. It's connected to my CPU, which is a Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon graphics, and I only have this one monitor, an Acer P166HQL.
