My Monitor Says ‘No Signal, Power Saving’ When Connected to My GPU

I'm using a GeForce RTX 5060 and trying to connect my monitor via HDMI, but it just displays 'No Signal, Power Saving' and then turns off. However, the monitor works fine when I connect it to the motherboard, although the graphics performance is not great that way. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

It sounds like there might be an issue with the GPU rather than the monitor. First, double-check that your GPU is powered properly—ensure all the cables are securely connected. You can also use the motherboard to check if the GPU is being recognized at all.

How do I do that? How can I check if the GPU is recognized through the motherboard?
