I've been experiencing serious stuttering issues while gaming on my new computer. It worked perfectly for a few months, but now every time I try to play, the game stutters, and if I play for more than about 20 minutes, my computer shuts down completely. I've tried a lot of solutions I found online, and I've even asked in a tech Discord, but nothing has worked. I primarily play FPS games, and it seems that the more demanding the game is on the GPU, the worse the stuttering gets. For example, Cyberpunk ran well initially but started to stutter and then caused my PC to shut down like the power was out, even though it restarted and booted back into Windows afterwards. My setup includes an RTX 2060 Super, a Ryzen 7600X, 32GB of DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz, a 360mm AIO cooler, and a 750W MSI MAG power supply. I also put new thermal paste on last week, and I've ruled out any driver or RAM issues. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

When was the last time you cleaned your PC? Dust buildup can cause overheating and performance issues.
Have you tried posting your full specs and maybe some benchmarks to see how everything's running? It could help narrow down the problem. Are there any specific games that stutter more than others? Also, do you notice if your PC completely powers down or just shows a black screen?

I cleaned it about 2 weeks ago.
