I recently bought a new computer, but I'm facing some serious issues right from the start. Whenever I turn it on, I keep getting the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with errors like rtwlane613.sys, System Service Exception, and Ntfs.sys. I attempted to boot into safe mode, but now I'm stuck at the login screen because my PIN isn't working. I even tried resetting my PC by reinstalling Windows, but that didn't work either and I received an error. I'm completely stuck and not sure what my next steps should be.

It sounds like your issues might be tied to the Realtek Wi-Fi driver, especially with the rtwlane613.sys error. One solid fix is to create a bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool on another computer. Once you have that, boot from the USB on your broken computer, and follow the steps for a clean reinstall of Windows. Make sure to delete all existing partitions when you get to that point (but note this will erase everything on your computer). After reinstalling, don’t connect to Wi-Fi before uninstalling that Realtek driver if it shows up in Device Manager.
So I tried the reinstall and it got stuck at 10% and restarted, stopping the process.
You’ve got a couple of options to consider here. First, if you can get into Windows in any way, check for crash dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find them, zip that folder up and upload it somewhere we can access, since those files are crucial for analyzing the BSOD. If not, don’t worry! We can still help you with some troubleshooting steps.
Glad to see you’re giving it a shot! Let us know how it goes!
