I recently ordered two Acer Nitro 27 gaming monitors, but unfortunately, neither of them will power on. I've checked that the connections are secure and tried using multiple power outlets, but the power light in the bottom right corner remains off. It's quite surprising that both monitors seem to be defective, so I'm looking for any advice or potential fixes. Thanks in advance for your help!

Did you buy those monitors new or used? It’s pretty unlikely to get two that are faulty right out of the box—like hitting the jackpot in the lottery. Just curious!
I got them new from Amazon. You’re right, it’s just wild to think both could be broken from the start!
