I just got a new PC and I'm experiencing random reboots, even when I'm just on the Home Screen. I've already reseated the RAM and GPU and tried power cycling it a few times. My drivers are up to date too, but it's still rebooting. Is there anything else I could try to fix this?

There are a few things to consider. Your power supply could be the issue, so make sure everything is properly connected, and if you have a different power cable, try using that. Also, check your BIOS settings, especially the boot order. Do you have an operating system installed? It could also be a temperature issue, so check that all fans are working and the CPU cooler is functioning properly.
It sounds like a frustrating issue! First, you might want to check the power supply. Sometimes, in the first few days, computers can be slow as they download updates. If the reboots continue for a couple more days, considering returning it or checking if you have a warranty is a good idea.
If things don't improve, you might want to consider returning the PC. You can also try downloading WinDbg from the Microsoft Store to analyze crash dumps, which can be found usually in the windowsminidump folder. Sometimes, certain SSDs have issues with specific Windows updates.
Have you looked into your RAM? I had a similar problem, and rearranging my RAM modules helped. Try placing the third module in the first slot, and the second in the fourth. It's also worth booting with just one RAM module at a time to see if everything works fine that way. If the boot fails, keep an eye on the power supply, CPU, or motherboard.
