I just finished building a new PC, but when I turn it on, the motherboard goes through its cycle with the CPU, RAM, and VGA lights, then stops on the boot light and stays there until I turn it off. My specs are an R5 5600, RTX 3060, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB M.2 SSD, B550M VC WiFi motherboard, and a Smart 600W power supply. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this issue?

Have you tried removing your storage device to see if it reaches the BIOS? Sometimes, an unresponsive SSD can cause this kind of hang-up.
So, should I just take out the SSD completely?
