My PC Can’t Detect My New GPU—What Could Be Wrong?

I'm working on my brother's PC, which has a Ryzen 3 2200G and an A320M motherboard. He recently bought an RX 580 from AliExpress. At first, it was working fine, but then it started losing video signal randomly. Now, it's gotten worse— the fans on the GPU turn on but the PC just defaults to the onboard graphics, completely ignoring the RX 580. I've checked with software like CPU-Z and GPU-Z, but only the Vega 8 appears. I'm starting to think it might be a BIOS issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I doubt it's a BIOS issue since you would’ve noticed problems right from the start. Unfortunately, this sounds like a hardware issue—could be the GPU, power supply, or even the motherboard. If you can, try testing the graphics card in another working PC to see if it behaves the same way. It'll help pinpoint where the problem lies.

Yeah, I actually did test it in my own PC which also has an RX 580, and it did the same thing. I didn't perform extensive tests, but I checked that the 5V output was normal from the regulator.
