My PC Crashes with Any Anti-Cheat Software – Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having a really tough time with my custom PC. For some reason, it can't handle any anti-cheat software anymore, causing frequent BSODs (Blue Screens of Death). A few months back, everything was running smoothly, but now, trying to play any game that uses anti-cheat results in a crash. I'm not sure what's changed or how to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I would really appreciate your help!

Anti-cheat programs can be pretty sensitive. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling them to ensure a clean setup. Also, check for any game-specific network settings that could be affecting its performance. Sometimes, just a refresh can do wonders!

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software multiple times, but so far, no luck.

First off, we need to check for dump files from those BSODs. They can give us insight into what's causing the issue. If your PC can boot normally or in Safe Mode, take a look in C:WindowsMinidump for any dump files. If you find them, upload them to something like catbox.moe or mediafire so we can analyze them. Having multiple dump files is better, so consider adjusting your settings to ensure you're capturing them.

Have you tried running the anti-cheat as an administrator? Sometimes it helps with compatibility issues. Also, make sure to allow it through the firewall.

Yes, I've already tried running them as admin and allowed them through my firewall, but it didn't help.

I'm curious about how you know the anti-cheat is the culprit. Which games are causing the problem? If you could share more details, it might help us understand the issue better!

I've been having issues with games like F1 24, R6, and Valorant. The BSOD points to the anti-cheat software, listing it on the blue screen. I can't figure out why it started happening, as it worked fine before.

It’s possible that your antivirus settings are conflicting with the anti-cheat software. If you're just using the standard Windows Defender, try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.

I only have the default Windows antivirus, and I haven't installed any others, so I don't think that's the issue.

This might sound extreme, but have you considered doing a full OS reinstall? If all anti-cheat software is causing crashes, it could point to a deeper issue with the OS or its dependencies. Sometimes after a fresh install, glitches get resolved!

I actually did a full wipe and reinstalled Windows using disks, but the problem persists.
