I've recently upgraded my PC with a new GPU, motherboard, power supply, and monitor, but I'm not sure if the monitor is the cause of my issues. Every time I play games and switch to something like YouTube, my PC starts lagging or stuttering. It mainly affects my mouse and scrolling, which just freeze for a moment and then jump around, but the videos continue to play smoothly. On top of that, when I'm playing a game called Where Winds Meet, my PC completely freezes for about 30 seconds when a short video showcasing a skill plays. I don't have other problems outside of these situations, as everything else runs pretty well. I'm wondering if this problem is due to the new hardware installation or if it's software-related—any thoughts?

Have you tried reinstalling Windows after replacing your motherboard? That can sometimes help with compatibility issues or lingering drivers from the old setup.
Can you share the specs of your PC? Knowing the exact components might help pinpoint the issue. It sounds like a performance hit that could be linked to your setup.
Sure! I've got a 9070XT GPU, 5800X CPU, 32GB of RAM, a Corsair RM850X PSU, and a B550M DS3H AC motherboard. Did I leave anything out?

I did reinstall Windows 11, but now I'm considering doing it again just to be sure.
