I recently built my first PC and I'm a bit of a newbie, so bear with me. My computer has started typing on its own in search bars, repeating some of my sensitive information like my email, passwords, and the term 'streameast'. This strange behavior began right after I tried to watch a stream on that site. I think I might have picked up a virus. I've tried running Malwarebytes and Norton, but neither found anything. I even did a hard reset and wiped everything, but the issues persist. It's like my PC is possessed, and I'm scared someone might have access to my information. Can anyone help? What more can I do to fix this?

Definitely change your passwords using another device. If nothing shows up on your scans, the problem might be from some remote access tool. Check for programs like AnyDesk, or other remote access software that could have snuck in there. Also, consider doing a clean installation of the operating system if things don’t improve after checking those tools.
I had a similar issue and found some weird programs. It's scary!
First off, unplug your PC from the internet immediately. You want to prevent any possible data leaks or remote access while you sort this out. After that, creating a bootable USB with Windows and reinstalling the OS would be a solid next step. Just make sure to back up anything important first. Good luck, and stay safe!
Is unplugging the USB in the back enough? My setup is wireless.
Yes, that works! Just make sure it’s completely disconnected from the network.
It sounds like it could be a stuck keyboard macro causing this behavior. If you have a gaming keyboard, check if you've accidentally activated any preset macros. Try unplugging the keyboard and see if the issue persists without it.
I use a Corsair K70 RGB Pro. Could that be the issue?
LOL, my friend had that happen and it was hilarious watching him freak out! I’ll try that.
Thanks for the tip! I'll check for that.
