My PC is overheating and my room is too hot—What should I do?

I've been struggling with my PC cooling system for a while now. The case is about three years old, and when I upgraded my build last year, I mistakenly kept the same case. Currently, I only have two functional fans—one of the front fans is broken and barely moves at times. My GPU is so large that I had to remove the glass panel; with it on, my GPU hits around 76°C, and without it, it drops to about 72°C. With summer heat kicking in, things are getting really loud and hot. I know I need a new case, but the thought of moving everything over is daunting since I'm not great at hardware stuff. What options do I have without breaking the bank or my PC?

Seems like getting a new case fan for around $5 could help. But remember, your PC generates heat, and the fans are there to push it out. If your room's getting too hot, maybe consider a floor fan or an AC unit. The heat isn't just from the broken fan; your PC is acting like a space heater too!

If you need to keep the side panel off to maintain decent temperatures, then it’s likely time for a new case and fans. While pricier fans may improve airflow and noise, cheaper ones can still do the job. If you want permanent solutions, let me know your current specs and I can suggest some good cases!

Got an RX 7900 XT, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and B650M Pro RS WiFi. I just set up a somewhat broken stand fan that cools my PC down to 67°C, but man, it’s noisy! I need a case that fits my GPU but isn’t too bulky. Any recommendations on quiet yet efficient fans?
