Today, my PC became unresponsive when I tried to use Ctrl+Alt+Del, so I manually shut it down. It's been stuck on the shutting down screen for around 25 minutes, so I force shut it down by holding the power button. But now, every time I turn it back on, it just goes to the shutdown screen again. I've tried unplugging it for an hour and forcing a restart, but nothing seems to work. I'm completely locked out of Windows. What can I do to resolve this issue?

You might want to try unplugging your PC for about a minute, then remove the CMOS battery for a reset. After that, press the power button while it's unplugged to discharge any leftover power. This can sometimes clear up issues like this one.
Before you do that, check if there’s anything specific you need to consider! Sometimes, you'll want to make sure your PC is fully powered down and disconnected from any devices. After the reset, reinsert the battery and plug everything back in to see if it helps.
