I've been dealing with hard crashing issues on my PC for a while now. It's around 5-6 years old and has a Ryzen 3600 processor, RTX 2060 graphics card, B450 motherboard, and 16 GB of 3200 MHz RAM. Initially, it would black screen or freeze but only occasionally, mainly while playing games like Fortnite and Rocket League. I had a brief improvement after replacing my RAM a while back, but the crashes returned. I even changed the power supply which helped temporarily, but now I'm back to dealing with crashes multiple times a day. I was convinced it was a game-related issue, but it started crashing during other games as well. The Event Viewer only indicates a Kernel Event 41 error and some secure boot authentication issues, which haven't helped narrow down the problem. The good news is that everything is fine when browsing the web or watching videos. I've checked the temperatures, which are always normal when the crashes happen. Any advice would be appreciated!

This could be related to BIOS or chipset issues. It's worth checking if they're both up-to-date. Also, have you considered doing a complete OS reinstall since it's been a while?
Have you checked to make sure all your drivers are up to date? Outdated drivers can often cause instability in gaming.
Have you tried a different GPU or even changing the display driver? Since you haven’t reinstalled Windows yet, it might be a good time to do a clean install to see if that resolves the crashing.
I’ve tried both the gaming and studio drivers, but unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem.
You might want to look at the crash log reports for more details on what's causing the issue. They can sometimes provide insight into the specific problem before the crash occurs.

The BIOS is definitely up to date, but I haven’t reinstalled Windows at all.
