I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC where it keeps restarting right after the load screen. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5700G, 32GB RAM, ASRock motherboard, and a 3060 Ti. It all started when I tried to launch the game 'Satisfactory'; the PC would restart immediately as soon as the splash screen showed up. I spent several days fiddling with Nvidia drivers and Windows updates, which led me to attempt a system restore. Unfortunately, that ended up crashing during boot and didn't fix anything. So, I tried to do a fresh install using a USB boot drive, but I've done this three times already. Sometimes I can get to the menu to choose repair or restore, but selecting restore only gets me to 10% before crashing. Usually, the system shuts down and restarts as soon as the loading wheel appears. I've removed the GPU to run off the integrated graphics, swapped out RAM, changed SSDs, and unplugged everything but the keyboard and mouse. I also replaced the PSU. The only components I haven't changed are the CPU and motherboard, but I'm wondering if the liquid cooler or case could be causing the issue too. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If you're doing a new install, make sure to select "Install now" instead of the repair options. Can you share a screenshot if you manage to reach that screen? It sounds like if the options you're getting are just repair or restore, you might need to check your USB drive to ensure it's set up correctly for a fresh install.
I can't seem to get there, but "Install now" was never an option from the USB. It only shows the repair or restore. For the past day, it's been restarting as soon as the loading wheel pops up after the ASRock logo. I can get to BIOS just fine, but it crashes right when booting. Even with a fresh SSD, it does the same thing.
