I've been using my PC for about a year and it used to run Roblox on the highest graphics settings just fine. However, after being away for 10 days on vacation, I've noticed a significant drop in performance. Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take to fix this issue?

Have you checked the system specs? Cleaning out dust from your PC can also help a lot. Don't forget to check for updates on your drivers and Windows. Sometimes just giving your PC a little love can bring back its performance!

Yeah, the inside of my PC is pretty dusty. I'll definitely clean it out.

It sounds like there might be some pending Windows updates that need to be installed. Those can really slow your system down if they're being downloaded in the background. You should check for any updates and see if that helps!

There might be a scan or update running in the background that's slowing things down. Take a look at what's running and see if you can pause or stop anything unnecessary.

Did your GPU get stolen while you were gone? Just kidding! Try restarting your PC and checking for any updates, including Windows and your graphics driver. That might do the trick!

That's a good point! A simple restart can often clear up performance issues.

Also, consider checking which apps are launching at startup. Sometimes, programs you close right after booting can still hog resources. That might be contributing to the slowdown.
