I have a B420 motherboard and was originally using a Ryzen 5 3600. I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5800XT and updated the BIOS before installing the new CPU. Unfortunately, I'm getting no display at all. I reverted back to my old CPU, but still, there's no display. Now none of my CPUs seem to be working. Just to be clear, my GPU is connected, and I've already removed all the RAM except for one stick. I'm really stuck here—any ideas?

I had a similar issue before, make sure all your connections are secure, including the power cables. If you're still not getting a display, it could be worth trying a different GPU or even reseating the CPU.
It sounds like you might have a BIOS issue. Have you tried resetting the CMOS? Sometimes that can help when switching CPUs, especially after a BIOS update.
