My PC Won’t Boot Up – Need Help Diagnosing the Issue!

Hey everyone, I'm having a major problem with my PC. While I was using it, both of my monitors suddenly went black and the audio cut out, but the lights on my water cooler and RAM were still on, so it didn't fully shut down. Now, when I try to turn it on, the monitors show their brand logos and then say 'source not found' before turning off again. I've tried pressing Del to enter the BIOS, but that hasn't worked either. What's weird is that the motherboard doesn't show any red lights. Here's what I've already attempted:
- Reseating the RAM
- Resetting the CMOS
- Removing the GPU
- Unplugging the HDD

If anyone has any suggestions or tips, I'd really appreciate it!

It sounds like you might want to start with some basic diagnostics. Try removing everything from the motherboard except the CPU, its cooler, and the main power connections (24-pin and 4/8-pin for the CPU). Then power it on by shorting the pins on the front panel header. If the motherboard is functioning, it should signal an error for missing RAM, which could show up as a red LED on the DRAM or some beeping sounds.

I had a similar issue, and when I unplugged my GPU, HDD, and RAM, I actually got the VRAM light to turn on. Unfortunately, the BIOS still wouldn’t load. So, even if you see some lights, it doesn’t always indicate everything is functioning correctly. You might want to double-check the CPU install and look for any bent pins.
