I'm having a tough time with my PC where it won't fully shut down. Here are my specs: I've got an Intel Core i5 12400k CPU, a Radeon Rx 6700 GPU, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM from Teamgroup, a GIGABYTE B660 DS3H DDR4 motherboard (running the latest BIOS), and a Corsair 1000 Watt PSU. Whenever I try to shut down using the start menu or during Windows updates, the PC just hangs. The monitor loses signal, but the fans, lights, and CPU cooler keep running. I end up having to hold the power button to turn it off. I have a legit copy of Windows 11 Pro, checked the health via the command prompt, and even turned off fast boot. I'm running out of ideas! Any suggestions?

Have you tried repairing Windows? There’s a way to use the DISM command to repair the system image, which might fix your shutdown issue. Sometimes, it feels like the PC is stuck installing updates in the background when you shut it down. It may sit there for a while, but usually, you'll see a prompt saying it's installing updates. Just a thought!
You know, it’s pretty rare, but there are moments when my PC does shut down normally too. It’s like a surprise when it happens!
I also ran the restore health command, but didn’t find any issues.
