A few weeks back, my computer just shut off while I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, and now it won't turn back on at all with the GPU connected. The motherboard lights up, and my GoXLR Mini powers on, but pressing the power button does nothing unless I unplug the 8-pin GPU cable. I've tested with another GPU in both PCIe slots, replaced my power supply with a brand-new MSI MAG A650BN (which is confirmed to work), and even reseated all my components. I've checked for burn marks and tested the setup outside the case to rule out grounding issues, but I still can't get it to turn on while the GPU is connected. I'm wondering if the motherboard's PCIe power delivery is messed up, but I'd appreciate any insights before I spend more money on parts! Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, ASUS ROG Strix B450 motherboard, 16GB RAM, and a 500GB NVMe SSD.

It sounds like your PCIe bus might be damaged. Have you tried connecting anything else to the PCIe slots, like a Wi-Fi card or USB expansion card? If those work while the GPU is disconnected, it might confirm that the motherboard has an issue with GPU support.
