My PC Won’t Turn On – Need Help Diagnosing the Issue!

I recently built my PC with these components:

- Ryzen 5 2600X
- MSI B450M Pro VDH-PLUS
- GTX 1060 6GB
- 16 GB DDR4 3000MHz
- PSU LC 6600 V2.2

Even though the mix is a bit odd (especially the PSU, which I took from my last build), everything was running smoothly until I tried to restart it. Now, it won't turn on at all! The EZ debug LED keeps flashing the VGA error, and my monitors won't display anything.

I've tried reseating the GPU multiple times and confirmed it works on a different PC. I've also reseated the RAM and tested it with just one stick, but that didn't help. I removed the CMOS battery for over 15 minutes and shorted the JBAT1 pins for a couple of minutes each time.

It's super frustrating since my PC is only about two weeks old, and everything was fine before the restart. I'm looking for any suggestions, no matter how obscure they may sound!

First off, don't worry! It sounds like you’ve done a lot of troubleshooting already. One thing you could try is testing the power supply itself, just to be sure it’s not the issue. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test a PSU: [https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025085372-PSU-How-to-test-a-PSU-Power-Supply-Unit](https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025085372-PSU-How-to-test-a-PSU-Power-Supply-Unit). It might help narrow down the problem.

I hope it's not a PSU issue too! My PSU is also an LC 6600 V2.2 and, while it's older, it's done its job fine for me. Just want to rule out any potential issues! Thanks for the link!
