My Phone Turned Off and Won’t Turn Back On – What Should I Do?

Last night, while I was playing games on my phone, it shut down unexpectedly. I thought it just died, so I left it and went to bed. However, when I tried charging it today, it still won't turn on. Even when I press and hold the side button and the volume down button for 15 seconds, it just vibrates but doesn't power up. What could be wrong?

To check if the issue is with the screen, try plugging your phone into a computer. If it shows up on the hard drive list, that’s a sign the screen could be dead, possibly due to overheating.

How old is your phone? Sometimes older devices can run into these kinds of problems.

It's a used S20 FE, and I've had it for about a year now.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your screen. If your phone vibrates when you try to turn it on, it could mean the phone is actually working but the display isn't showing anything. You might want to get it checked out by a professional repair technician, especially if you need to recover personal data.

I had a similar issue with my family member's phone. They faced the same symptoms as you. Definitely recommend going to a specialist if you can.
