Hey everyone! I recently inherited a Thermaltake PSU from my cousin after he used it for about two years. Lately, it's been making some odd noises that aren't from the fans; it sounds more like an electric buzzing, kind of like "ziw ziw ziw ziw." Is this something I should be concerned about, or is this noise normal?

If the noise is alarming you, it's best to replace it before it potentially damages your components. It's always better to be safe than sorry with power supplies!
Strange noises like that usually indicate a problem. You might want to test it with a multimeter or consider getting a new PSU to avoid any risk to your PC parts.
I have a Thermaltake PSU too! Sometimes they can make weird noises, but if it's a buzzing sound, I'd recommend keeping an eye on it. If it gets worse, definitely think about swapping it out.
It was working fine like four months ago and seems to be in good shape otherwise.
