I'm trying to set up a Windows virtual machine, and while I've managed to get it running, it's not connecting to the internet at all. I've followed some guides, but it seems like this isn't a common issue. I could really use some help getting my VM online!

Have you checked how you've set it up? It’s important to make sure your VM is placed in the default network group. That usually helps with connectivity issues!

Yeah, I think I did that. I just installed Virtual Machine Manager and tried switching the NIC device a few times when I noticed the internet wasn’t working. I’m wondering if there might be something else I messed up.

What software are you using to run the VM? Knowing this could help pinpoint the issue. Sometimes, certain configurations are needed for specific VM software, especially with network settings.

I’m using Virtual Machine Manager. Maybe there’s something specific I need to do there?
